Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel confident and supported when choosing pieces from Priddy Presence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Please email us at priddypresence@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non‑returnable items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• opened essential oils

• used burners or ritual tools

Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or offer a refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
