Hey, I’m Lisa Jo
I have followed the scent trail, through study, through ritual, through life’s lessons. Essential oils found me in moments when I needed to remember my breath, my body, my belonging.
Over time, I realised they aren’t just ingredients, they are teachers. Each oil carries a story, a frequency, a medicine. I began to listen more deeply: to the science, yes, but also to the subtle. That’s when Priddy Presence was born.
To hold this work with integrity, I built The Lab, a quiet studio tucked near the Mendip Hills. It’s where I blend oils with intention, referencing clinical trials and energetic maps, and always asking: what does this plant want to offer?
I work with essential oils because they remind me that healing can be both precise and poetic. That evidence and intuition can sit side by side. And that wellbeing begins, always, with presence. x
