About Lisa Jo

Hello and thank you so much for being here. It means the world to me to hold this space with you — a place created with heart, intention, and a deep respect for living well.

As we all know, life isn’t long. The most valuable things we have are our time and our choices — and we must be wise with both.

In April 2025, I was made redundant after 27 years of loyal service to one company. A grenade was thrown into my structured, routine-filled life, and I found myself at a crossroads. Honestly, I hadn’t been happy for the last five years of that career. So, behind the scenes, I made a quiet leap — enrolling on a Master’s at Cardiff University in Arts, Health and Wellbeing, which I completed in 2023.

That degree gave me the confidence to pivot from the creative path I’ve always followed to something rooted in healing: a medical course in essential oil therapy.

Why Essential Oils?

I’ve always used oils as part of daily rituals — lavender for sleep, tea tree for first aid, I have a blend burning from morning to night. I think back to the early days of Covid when I snuck a bottle of thieves’ oil to my friends in Priddy… trying to keep the virus off the hill. But what I’ve learned has blown my mind.

Essential oils aren’t just lovely smells. They are nature’s whispers — potent, beautiful, and deeply intelligent. Every drop holds the concentrated life force of a plant. When we breathe them in or apply them to our skin, they speak to our cells, our memories, and our emotions.

What makes essential oil therapy magical is that it’s deeply personal. Each body responds differently. That’s why I’ve built a lab — a space for personal consultations, where I listen, learn, and craft bespoke blends tuned to your rhythms and needs. A blend isn’t just a formula; it’s a conversation between you and nature.

These oils have helped me reconnect to natural rhythms, soothe anxious moments, and bring beauty to the most ordinary days.

They offer wisdom I believe everyone deserves access to.

I believe in the magic I’m making.

There is no wrong, there is no right, it just is.

Working within environments that inspire, we can be the best version of ourselves

I am living my best life with gratitude.
